History

Our history dates back to 1997, when broadband communications GmbH & Co. KG (bbcom), a joint-venture between Siemens ICN and Micro-Electronics Application Center Hamburg (MAZ), was founded. After 4 years the company became part of SIEMENS AG Austria and changed its name to Siemens Programm- und Systementwicklung GmbH & Co. KG.

With the foundation of Siemens IT Solutions and Services, Siemens merged its global IT solutions and services, and PSE (Program and System Engineering) became an integral part of Siemens IT Solutions and Services in January 2007.

In October 2012 Siemens AG Austria transferred the company to Siemens AG and renamed it Siemens Convergence Creators GmbH & Co. KG. By taking this step, the company will now be able to focus more actively on customer needs by converging technologies and applications and leaving traditional concepts and methods behind.
